Momentum India was established in 2015Â with a modest team of four. Our mission was a simple one: to transform the landscape of safety in India. Ambitious? Maybe. But faithful customers with the same vision, 4 offices pan-India and the UAE, and a 150 strong workforce, proves we have been on the right track!
Today we are an integrated risk management company committed to providing expert training, consulting, operations, and management services in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Security, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG).
We help businesses not only meet the minimum compliance standards but also build robust systems that prioritize life & environment safety and ensure effective governance.
Working across a variety of sectors, we collaborate closely with organizations to mitigate risks, enhance operational efficiency, and create environments where safety & sustainability is ingrained in every process.Â

Sudhir Singh Dungarpur
Board Advisor
Sudhir brings over three decades of experience working with boards and leadership teams on strategy, governance, responsible AI, digital transformation, and sustainability. He spent over 12 years as a Partner at PwC India, where he built and led the firm’s Digital Consulting, Sustainability, and Experience Consulting practices, and earlier led the Contract Compliance practice at KPMG India.
A Certified Independent Director (IICA–MCA), he now focuses on board advisory, institution-building, and culture-led transformation, while leading the Dungarpur Cultural Initiative, focused on heritage conservation, cultural renewal, and institution-building.
Priyanka Katoch
Global Health, Safety, Sustainability & Enterprise Risk Executive
Priyanka Katoch has spent two decades turning technical rigor into enterprise-wide governance, building and leading HSE and sustainability functions at GSK, Amazon, Pernod Ricard India, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, and Orica. She has led enterprise HSE governance across 18 countries and 100+ sites, driving major reductions in incident and injury rates, and built a Global Safety Centre of Excellence from the ground up. Her approach treats safety and sustainability not as compliance, but as strategic enablers of trust and performance.
Arun Kapur
Director, Druk Gyalpo’s Institute, Bhutan
Arun Kapur is a veteran educator with several decades of experience across India’s private and public education spheres, and the author of multiple books on education philosophy. He was the founding Headmaster of Vasant Valley School, New Delhi, and has led the Druk Gyalpo’s Institute in Bhutan since 2008. He was awarded the Red Scarf and Patang by His Majesty the King of Bhutan in 2024 for his contribution to education.
Lt Gen Ravin Khosla, PVSM, UYSM, AVSM, SM, VSM (Retd)
Former Deputy Chief of Army Staff
Lt Gen Ravin Khosla concluded a distinguished 38-year military career as Deputy Chief of Army Staff, a Three-Star General role, after commanding the Kargil Division and the Gajraj Corps and serving on active operations across some of India’s most sensitive borders.
He represented the United Nations in the Democratic Republic of Congo and later led the Army’s International Cooperation Branch. Since retiring, he has chaired Welham Boys’ School, Dehradun, and serves as an Independent Director on the boards of two major companies.
Akshay Jaitly
Partner – Projects, Trilegal
Akshay Jaitly is one of the founding partners of Trilegal and a co-Founder of Trustbridge. He is also a member of Trilegal’s governing board.
Over almost 30 years, in India and overseas, he has advised on projects across sectors including power, oil and gas, transport (roads, airports, and metro rail), and water and waste, and provides clients with strategic advice on their investments in these sectors. Through Trustbridge, Akshay is involved with research initiatives on policy reform in the power and infrastructure sectors and writes frequently on India’s energy transition.
